Drawing on the idea of the ‘processing’ of steel to change its nature, this exhibition which is part of the 2013 Galvanise Festival focuses upon showcasing the ‘process’ of jewellery making and silversmithing rather than ‘(finished) product’. From sketches and drawings to photographs, written ideas, notes, even models: the only criterion for this open submission show is the envisaged use of stainless steel as one of the components.
